Wisteria Tails December 21, 2024 (12-21-2024) revised from the newsletter digest emailed three days ago.

It’s been a busy week! We have growing puppies, puppies being born, families picking which puppy is theirs coming up, and Christmas is almost here.

Stormy had her puppies on Tuesday. She had 3 girls and 4 boys! All the girls are spoken for, and we have 4th pick male available.

Stormy & Tahoe Newborn Pups – #Stormy121724

Summer had her puppies on early Thursday morning. She had 6 girls and 3 boys. We have 3rd pick female available from this litter, and all the males are spoken for. We will have newborn pictures posted later today here: #summer121924

Chloe’s puppies will be 3 weeks old this week. They are moving around their whelping area more on their cute, wobbly legs. Each day, they build strength and gain more mobility. All females are spoken for. and we have 4th pick male available.

Chloe & Chance Pups – 2 weeks old #chloe120224

Ellie Mae’s puppies are 6 weeks old today. The time has gone by so fast. They had their six-week vet checkup yesterday and their first car ride. It’s bath time today, as we prepare them for pictures and videos. We will send them to their families, along with personality descriptions, to help them decide who will join their family.

It is incredible how much they grow from 5 weeks to 6 weeks. They change so much from week to week and grow so fast. We love watching them develop their personalities and discover the world around them.

For the last few years, we have celebrated Christmas with our kids and grandkids on Christmas Eve morning. The timing works for everyone, and with a big family, the ability to get everyone together is priceless. Billy and I have Christmas Eve dinner with his mom, sister, and brother-in-law.

Our youngest son, Chad, and his family are fostering/adopting a young boy who will get to celebrate his first Christmas with us this year. We look forward to welcoming him into our family and giving us six grandsons and one granddaughter (who is still sweet and sassy)

We have attended the Life’s Abundance convention several times over the years. They have their convention at sea. We have meetings on the days at sea, and then free time on the days we are in port. It is a nice mix of learning, networking, and play. We didn’t meet the goals for earning a free cruise this year. However, I was notified that I won it through the 2nd chance drawing this time. Yay! Billy and I used to go together, but Heather and I have gone the last few times and are looking forward to attending again.

I know the holidays can be challenging with missing loved ones, and this may be the first for some. If so, I hope you gain peace and joy from your memories of the times and the life you shared together.
