Bailey, my service dog and AKC CGC certified boy. Both Bailey and Breva are awesome and I am blessed each day for having them as a member of my family.
This is Wisteria Irish Cream of Ozland – “Bailey”. He is the son of Thor and Honor, born on January 19, 2013. This amazing puppy, earned his first A+ (perfect score) for Basic Obedience at age 5 months (they accepted him early). He did so well, they accepted him into the Canine Good Citizen Advanced training immediately, where he officially became AKC Certified with his CGC title at the age of 9 months, which is exhausting for a puppy as you can see.
After Training Nap
As the original need was for a service dog to provide me with mobile physical stability at home and when I travel, all his training was targeted on this specific assistance need and each trainer graded him and provided their opinion as to his ability to work as a service animal. All trainers provide excellent feedback as to his perfect temperament and willingness to become a fabulous service animal. For several years now Bailey has traveled across the country with me many times. He absolutely loves the big conventions, hotels and elevators – he tolerates cars. We are off to DC for our third trip next week.
Today at work.
Wanting to make sure he had plenty of dog time, we brought Breva (Wisteria Starbucks Blond – his cousin from Ego and Halo 4/8/2015) into our family. Breva (light coffee) and Bailey (Irish Cream) go very well together!
As you can tell, Breva had no problem making himself at home!
While Breva has not been trained as a Service Dog or signed up for the AKC CGC yet, he decided that he needed to work as well, and picks up and brings me anything I drop, and takes trash to the trash can himself.
Bless you Wisteria Goldens (two and four legged) for the amazing dogs you provide. Not only are they the most beautiful animals in the world, best friends to all, but they make the most amazing service animals I could ever have dreamed of!
